1) By agreeing to these terms of use you confirm that you are not married, not living with a partner or former or current spouse, and are over 18 years of age. You must advise us immediately if your status changes.

2) It is essential that you provide us with personal information, including photographs, which are both truthful and current. You understand that under no circumstances will Contact AJ International be liable for the damage coursed by the negligence or willful misconduct of our members, nor is responsible for any consequential or indirect damages arising from the use of our service. Contact AJ International takes no responsibility of background checking.

3) You must not act offensively or disrespectfully to members of Contact AJ International, and must cease contact with someone who has expressed that they no longer wish to communicate with you. 

4) Contact AJ International reserves the right to terminate a membership without early notice in the circumstance of unrespectable manner or unlawful conduct of members; this includes fraudulent or criminal activities. In the case of violation of Terms of Use, there will be no reimbursement, and you agree to release Contact AJ International from all claims, lawsuits and proceedings against Contact AJ.

5)You understand that the membership can be placed on hold for a maximum of three months with a formally signed letter.  Also,you accept the responsibility to make Contact AJ International aware of your desire to be matched and your availability.

6) You acknowledge that all introductions will not automatically send to you, members must request via email or call.

7)You will provide Contact AJ International a feedback after each introduction via email or phone, and understand that Contact AJ International can not guarantee to find you a partner.

8) Contact AJ International reserves the right to amend these Terms of Use; the new version will be placed on our website and will be in effect immediately.
